Make your own Kombucha and Kefir like a BOSS

Kombucha is a fermented tea beverage that uses the help of a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) which sits in a tea and sugar mixture slowly eating the sugar and releasing gases which are what make the beverage fizzy. 

Kefir uses "grains" (a combination of yeast and bacteria) to ferment the liquid. Traditionally kefir is milk based, however in this workshop you will learn how to make lemon and raisin water kefir. 

At the end of the workshop you will be sent away with your own little brewing kefir and kombucha that can be used to make lots more of these amazing drinks in your kitchen in the future.
