We also produce small-batch artisan soft drinks from seasonal botanicals, for local supply and throw legendary parties around the theme of harvest celebration.

Full-flavoured, delicately floral probiotic tonic brewed the tea plant. Tangy, appley sweetness; sparkling with life. Revitalising living tea.
Rosemary & Rosehip Kombucha
100% Brighton grown and Sussex foraged botanicals. The full powers and flavours of fresh Rosemary and Rosehips in a relaxing brew.
Seasonal Wines and Sparkling Wines
We take fresh, seasonal ingredients throughout the year to create limited edition, small batch wines and sparkling wines with an ABV of 5.5% or less.
Live Botanical Soft Drinks
Gourmet apple cider vinegar drinking cordial infused with hedgerow fruits and botanicals. Sweetened either with our organic sugar or made refined sugar-free with the ethical honey.
Lavender & lemon mint. Chocolate mint, blackcurrant and lime. Raspberry & redcurrant + Wild nettle are just a few Old Tree botanical lemonades available for events throughout the year.
Apple Cyder Vinegar
Each year, we harvest and press thousands of apples during our annual Apple Land festival. From delicious apple juice, we get lovely cider and healthy, tart cider vinegar.
