Tickets: £5, buy your ticket online.

We are excited to welcome and host Peter Deadman into our cafe space at FIELD (http://fieldbtn.com/) for a talk centered around nature and health, and discuss the fascinating research that has emerged over the past couple of decades.

Seeing, being in and working with nature has extraordinarily positive effects on human health. In this talk, Peter will look at some of the traditional Chinese ‘nourishment of life’ teachings on nature and health, and discuss the fascinating research that has emerged over the past couple of decades.

Peter Deadman, co-founder of Infinity Foods and the Brighton Natural Health Centre, has studied, practised, written about and taught Chinese medicine and health cultivation traditions for over 45 years. He is the author of the recently published Live Well Live Long : Teachings from the Chinese Nourishment of Life Tradition. His words are an inspiring reminder to re-connect ourselves with the soil, the plants around us, the animals and our fellow beings.

There will be drinks, brewed by Old Tree Brewery, available at the bar before and after the talk.
